نضمن لكِ عملية سلسة ومريحة لإرجاع أو استبدال أي إيشارب خلال 48 ساعة  من استلامه، في الحالات الآتية

    الشرط الأساسي :     يجب أن يكون الإيشارب في حالته الأصلية: غير مستعمل، دون أي تلف، وخالٍ تماماً من روائح العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل

كيفية استرداد المبلغ؟ 🔄

بمجرد الموافقة على سبب الإرجاع، نُقدِّم لكِ “دفعة بناء الثقة” بمقدار 50% من قيمة المنتج (باستثناء مصاريف الشحن). هذه الخطوة هي دليل التزامنا وثقتنا بكِ منذ اللحظة الأولى

: استكمال المبلغ 
بعد استلام الإيشارب والتأكد من استيفائه للشرط الأساسي، نُكمل لكِ المبلغ المُستحَق بتحويل الـ 50% المتبقية على الفور. هكذا تنتهي العملية بكل سلاسة ووضوح
